To be eligible for technical support of Sideswipe products:
- You must have a current maintenance contract with Sideswipe.
Please e-mail maint@verity.com if you are unsure of your
maintenance contract's current status or if you are interested
in starting a maintenance contract.
- Your Sideswipe product must be running on a supported platform.
Supported platforms are listed for each product on our Product
Support page.
- Any version of third party software you are using in conjunction
with Sideswipe software must be currently supported by the company
which developed that software. Please read Sideswipe's FAQ about
"Support
of New Third Party Products" for details on support of
newly released products.
If you have any questions about support issues,
please contact your

Please note that Sideswipe does not provide support
for evaluation or
beta versions of non-Sideswipe products.
